Freddy Calligaris has been building quality villas and creating pleasant living spaces for over 30 years.

He discovered Mallorca in 2015 and fell under its spell. After a professional experience developed in France, he left for Australia in 2000 and joined New Caledonia in 2001. Between 2009 and 2014, he split his time between the Pacific and Miami, finally choosing Mallorca to build his next luxury villas.

He created a real estate agency in Palma, which allowed him to understand and master the laws and regulations specific to the local market. With this knowledge, he acquired his first plot of land and started a construction project with a reliable multidisciplinary professional team.
